Troy Seman* sent me the following this morning:“I wonder if anyone would notice if someone were to go to the U.S. National Archives and replace the U.S. Constitution with an oldish-looking piece of parchment which read: ‘This page intentionally left blank.’”
*I met Troy in January of 2005 when five of us from California flew to Columbus, Ohio to help the election integrity activists there reorganize after the 04 election. I saw Troy again this June when I went to Columbus to visit friends.
